  Once the English novelist who was also famous for journals, essays and critic said that, “Never use long word where a short one will do.” George Orwell is famous for its simplicity of the language that he used. Amateur writers usually habitually default to longer words when the shorter equivalents will do the work fine. Here no body is opposing to use the long words but the problem starts when the people think that that use of the longer word portray them more intelligent or sophisticated, which is not more than a myth, and knowing this will help in PTE preparation in Dubai.
